Ceiling Disaster

This intense damaged was caused by a little broken water pipe.

WV Winter 2015 - blocked highways and subzero temperatures causes damage from ceiling to floor:

• Accidents do happen and at this building in Beaver WV it was caused due to a strong winter storm that prevented the owners from keeping the temperature warm enough to prevent the pipes from freezing.
• The owner had recently remodeled the entire facility for his new tenant and initially thought the building was a total loss. He was elated when he found out it could be repaired.
• SERVPRO of Beckley was there to clean up, dry, and performed demolition.
• The construction crew that had remodeled was brought back after we finished to get the place back to "LIKE IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED"
• Within a few short weeks the owner could contact his tenants to move back in.
