While you are away bad things can happen

A small break in a water line can cause thousands of gallons of water to escape into your home if the water flow goes undetected.

It is becoming more and more common that our retired West Virginians are seeking warmer weather for the winter months. They love their Wild and Wonderful state in the Spring, Summer, and Fall but in the Winter they retreat to a balmier climate.

The relative, friend, or neighbor that is checking on the home while they are away often walk in to find water everywhere inside.  Not all accidents can be eliminated but some can be prevented if a few steps are taken before our retirees pull out of the driveway headed south.
