When is a fire extinguisher NOT a good thing to have on hand

We have been contacted more than once to clean after vandals decided to break into a building and pull the pin on a fire extinguisher.  The chemical powder lands on all surfaces and the cleaning process is always extremely time consuming.

This unit was vacant when the vandalism took place so the number of items to clean were less than normal but the ceilings were vaulted with windows in the gable. 

The lodge had rented the cabin for the weekend and the family was scheduled to arrive in a few days. Our crew pulled together and was able to complete the job in time for check-in.
