Mitigation AND Reconstruction job performed at Summersville apartment

Water had been slowly leaking underneath the dishwasher and flooring for several days before anyone noticed the damage.  When the water was finally seen, it seemed pretty obvious that the dishwasher had broken.  When we found the cause we were as surprised as the property maintenance supervisor at this Summersville apartment complex!

A mouse had been chewing on the hose outlet and pierced the hose outlet of the dishwasher! SERVPRO of Beckley was contacted to take care of the water damage and once the mitigation was completed we did the put back. The maintenance supervisor really appreciated having one company to do both portions of the repairs.
