The check is in the mail
Our sales representative recently visited a business where she was told by the owner that the carpet in one of his offices needed replaced. He said it wasn’t damaged just dirty to point of no return.
She felt challenged of course and suggested that he let her Team clean it and after they were finished if he still felt the carpet had to be replaced there wouldn’t be a charge for the service.
He accepted her offer and our Trained Technicians were on site the following Monday afternoon. As you can see the end results really surprised the owner but he was more excited that cleaning would be much less expensive that replacing.
The invoice was mailed today.
