Old Man Winters Last Blast

Just when you think “Old Man Winter” has caused you enough problems he finds a way to bring that last seasonal brutal cold and black ice storm.

The temperatures drop and unprotected pipes freeze and expand just enough to break the pipe. The temperatures rise, the water thaws, and the water spills inside the house.

Even though this room received a small percentage of the water, mitigation was still necessary to prevent further damage. The homeowner decided that since the carpet had to be pulled she would go ahead and have us do some painting that was planned for the spring before we installed the new carpet.
