Water damage went unnoticed for days

In between tenants moving out and new tenants moving in, a harsh winter storm hit our area. The water pipe at the kitchen sink burst in the apartment but went unnoticed for several days. Gallons of water spread throughout the residence causing damage to every room.

Entire walls had to be torn out in the rooms adjoining the kitchen and all of the flooring had to be removed. We were able to get to the location not long after the property owner contacted us for services.

Once our technicians had the drying complete our building services team was able to get on site to complete the reconstruction.
