The local SERVPRO rep corrected me and said they offer a free service (Emergency Ready Program) to commercial building owners that could possibly save me thousands by getting my business back in operation faster if I was faced with major water or fire damage. She asked if any building emergencies ever happened while I was away? Over thirty years as a Landlord I said yes, yes, yes, you've convinced me.

The ERP will truly be a help for the commercial building owner, managers, employees, and emergency personnel. I really didn't expect to receive this service for free but it has been over two months and I haven't gotten a bill yet.
